Anyone in the NJ crew up for a session today?
We have NNW Winds at 12mph
Static at Sandy Hook could be an option, I don't know if NNW would work for Keansburg (Low tide at 1pm)
Heck, I'd take the trip to Wildwood if more people can make it.ragden - 23-12-2011 at 06:33 AM
NNW isnt an ideal direction at Wildwood, but its certainly rideable...
Cant make it myself... stuck at work.. Jaymz - 23-12-2011 at 06:45 AM
Working today
NNW is good (onshore) @ Keansburg. Buggy Beach is WEST of the pier. Short walk over the dunes from the lot. Not the best area, so have company and be
safe.Kober - 23-12-2011 at 02:51 PM
Did you go ?>martinipro - 23-12-2011 at 07:08 PM
Hey Kober:
No just stayed local, went to our local park for a few.aronma - 24-12-2011 at 07:20 AM
Where at Keansburg beach can you buggy? It didn't look like it had too much space, so I havent tried it.martinipro - 24-12-2011 at 08:10 AM
I believe it's on The NW facing beach. Just west of the amusement park.
Jaymz or Kober will confirm. I haven't been there myself either.Kober - 24-12-2011 at 11:04 AM
~500 Beachway Ave ( oakwood pl is crossing street ) entrance to parking and beach in left corner of lot ...... short walk to beach..... only 4-5
buggies max in low tide ..... not very good spot to learn .... very narrow with some trees ...... one of those trees is a trouble ..... when I was
passing it, did move closer to grab my kite and did not let go easily ....
sort vid from that beach ......

My brother lives near the CVS on 35 in Hazlet. Looks like I'll be visiting him for the holidays.....bobalooie57 - 24-12-2011 at 12:30 PM
Man, those trees! They just want to get in on the kite fun, too! :wee:
