Ha ha this video is quite dated now tbh....but to answer your question about the crooked axle....if you notice the axle is held by two strong hinged
clamps that I made...60mm OD 5mm wall, very strong indeed...the idea behind that was, for running at different ride heights, or different sized
wheels, just turn the axle round to suit what you need, make it as high or as low as you wish....a different take on this is the rear axle adjustment

Wasn't 100%, but I kind of assumed it was something like that.
One of the nice things about the video that I liked was watching the progression of various buggy features and fabrications methods.
