Bonfire Magnum Gortex...... Embossed Purple..... ya..... about the color of Barney I guess...... maybe a bit brighter.....
They were on clearance at "The House" (www.thehouse.com) only 45 bucks..... after I saw the price for Gortex snowboard pants the purple didn't seem so bad..... my wife disagrees.....
she avoids me when I where them in public..... 
Wait until you see the jacket.....
Oh well..... they keep me warm and dry......

Here's the scoop.
There is 12" ice where the party trailer is set up. Cold weather this week is certainly adding to the good ice.
Friday afternoon/evening is set up and pre-party.
Saturday there is a rider's meeting at 11:00 a.m. First competition starts at 11:30 a.m. Forecast for Saturday looks like 12-15 mph.
Sunday is an open day with activities TBD.
I will be there with freshly sharpened skis (still no snow), ice buggy and kitesled. I've got the black Toyota SUV with the Thule kite carrier on top.
