From what I have been able to surf, looks like the divine harness fits quite large... Dino's site says a medium is 37 to 43" waist?? not use to
ordering a small size for my 38 waist ....
Anybody out there a 38 waist in jeans and wearing a divine harness summer with pants and winter with some snow pants?? ... If so, what size is working
for you??
Lots of web sites are selling the harness with various spinning spreader options ... will this harness accept a PL standard spreader (hook??)

Options for the Divine harness are Bullet, Prodigy, or BYO (Bring Your Own). Standard Hammerhead (Hook) spreader bar should be fine.
Confirm with your retailer that if you choose the BYO whether or not the harness will come with the spreader bar pad or if you will also need to
provide that.
Generally the spreader bar length is keyed to the hardness size, but that doesn't seem to be the case for the Divine. The radius of the spreader bar
bend might be flat enough to be a one size fits all deal.
From the CoastalWindsports site the length of the Bullet & Prodigy spreader bars are spec'ed as:
Measures 9 1/2" (24 cm) across from center web strap pin on either side. 10" (25.5) cm wide overall. Takes webbing
up to 1 3/4" (4.5 cm) wide.
So your hammerhead should be of similar size or at least of a length and curvature to follow the contours of your gut.

a standard hook will work with the divine harness
if you own any type of seat or waist harness before ... whatever that size was, you go down one size in anything PL.BeamerBob - 7-1-2012 at 10:43 AM
I am a 38 waist and my medium fits perfectly and has room for snow pants too. You just have a waist strap and the leg straps so no binding. I forget
I have mine on after I've been wearing it. You might get by with a small if you will always wear thin clothes and don't gain any weight but there
really isn't an advantage I can see trying to get in the small.flyjump - 7-1-2012 at 12:07 PM
The pl seat harnesses all fit large. Im probably over a foot taller than ricky with a bigger waist but he let me use his small seat harness at nabx
and it fit fine with mo issues. I never liked seat harnesses until I tried the radical last slring and ive been using one ever since then. Superior
comfort without being bulky like the dakine seat harnessesgeokite - 7-1-2012 at 12:07 PM

So will this harness work with a spreader bar that is designed to work with metal hooks on the ends? I have one of those old PL spreader bars that
leans side to side and spins.markite - 7-1-2012 at 12:30 PM
Hey Steve
The Divine harness is very comfortable - fits big as others mentioned, but with the old spreader bars that swivel/spin and just spin - answer is yes
& no
- for the spin only bars they are a little wider than most hook bars out there so the bar for the older spinning hook bar is wider than the pad and
the velcro webbing/tab that weaves around the ends of the bar to hold it in place are a bit short.
Sidetrack for a short explanation: the bar is held onto the pad with 3 velcro tabs. 1st is at the left and right side of the pad that weave through
the ends of the bar and then lay inward on top of the bar with velcro facing upward. Next there are two wider velcro tabs - one above and one below
the bar. these then fold downward and upward over that first tab so you have 3 tabs overlapping with velcro (this happens on each side of the bar)
Because the bar is wider that fist velcro tab doesn't overlap the bar as much but if you fold and angle the next two overlapping tabs they will catch
it enough to hold - best thing is to add a couple of inches to the outside webbing tab (easy enough)
- Now the spinning/swivel bar has a triangular shaped flange that connects the swivel hook to the bar so that wider triangular shape is in the way of
where those two secondary velcro tabs overlay so that bar would need 2 mods - one to extend the ends a little and the second to add and extend those
second tabs away from the middle. I can double check some of my various bars and take photos and post if needed to confirm any questions with these
bar styles
