I've been thinking about getting a longboard for a while now but I've got a Flight 93 that never gets used these days and I'm wondering if anyone
still has any GI bazookas they don't want if its a cheaper / better option for me to rerig my Flight for street setup as opposed to getting a
longboard.
If anyone's ever used the bazookas and knows where to track some down in good shape, please post here or U2U me.
Probably like searching for the holy grail given the state of GI, but one never knows unless one asks.
Thanks!

with bazookas its big and slow and the break out speed is fast! super big down hill asphault seems its place. regular longboard skate is far more
useful with better action,
as a tow board (behind a bike) they're great . easy ride for my kid. it does have long board glide just not that steerable until decent speed.
drop-thru long board much more street friendly

Know it doesn't help, but you just missed a full set of 4 mounted on Vegas Hubs.... they left for the UK about a week ago.
I would post a WTB on SurfingDirt. If you don't have an account, I can post it for you.
Other options would be MBS Roadies....any 8" hubs and inner tubes would work with them, so it would only be the cost of the tires (roughly $49 + $8
for shipping).
Chen Shin Slicks are also a possibility, but would require different hubs and inner tubes.

-Kent, if you have a set, let me know.
-Sam, I have MBS roadies on the Flight. Too grippy for what I want.
Just went through my spare supplies and appartently I sold my street cubes
Going to remove the bindings and see if that allows me to get more toe side steering otherwise I feel that phreerider is right about the longboard
being better.

I think what you want are skinny urethane wheels like what came on my MBS urban cruiser longboard. They work great with the kahuna big stick for land
SUP.

If you want to do some serious carving check out the S10 250mm truck by Original...... drop on a set of Abec11 97mm wheels and away you go......
that is pretty close to a street luge wheel.....
