I am curious if anyone has experience in this area? Do they allow kite buggies on the beaches there? I have an opportunity to move there in the near
future.

I am pretty sure you can kite buggy on St Augustine beach ? If so it will be fantastic !

Yes, that would be great Bladerunner! Heading down there soon and I'll check it out from Daytona to St. Augustine.
