Hey all,
Just a heads up that the second annual Southwest Snowkite Festival is just around the corner and we would love to see some of you there! The event
will be held February 3-5, 2012 at Eagle's Nest Lake, New Mexico. Stuart Penny of Snowkite New Mexico and I, Traveler Terpening of Desert Wind

This even is part of the North American Snowkite Tour (NAST) and will feature gear demos from Liquid Force and Ozone, gear swap, gear giveaways, intro
to snowkiting classes for newbies, BBQ and free food going 24/7, barrel fires by the event site to stay warm, Saturday night superbowl kiter party
with The Damn Band playing after the game and more.
This event is for kiters of all levels (including total beginners) and for both men and women. A $15/day or $40/event suggested donation will cover
free clinics, classes, food, parties, demo, etc. Want to meet fellow SW kiters? Want to just have a great weekend shredding the snow in NM? Always
wanted to learn to kite? The Southwest Snowkite Festival is the place to do it!
