My son saw a report on granada reports about a kite ban on some power/traction kites on british beaches, as I didn't see the report myself I am totaly
in the dark about this, can someone throw some light on this ban, ie: what kites and what beaches and if it includes
buggies/kiteboards/landboards/trailskates ect.
