According to Drew there are 4 types of wind. Crappy, gravy, epic, and of course stupid. Since these classifications leave a bit of gray area, here is
my attempt to illustrate the Drew scale for clarification.
Crappy:
Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Pack up.
Gravy:
Nice smooth steady breeze. You are not afraid to launch about anything in your quiver. Gravy winds can also be determined by an unexplainable loss of
time.
Epic:
You begin to question if you should launch anything larger than 3 or 4 meters. Proceed with caution.
Stupid:
Why are you outside your house? Seriously. Please have your head examined.
Wait, I do have that 1.8...

Nebraska seems to be in a perpetual state of walking the fine line between epic and stupid lol
The thing is, that wind scale is different for every kite... Epic rage 1.8 winds are not epic vip winds
