Are you locked in on a Flexifoil bag?
Perhaps one of these is available.
PL Bags
PL might still have some bags left from the 900 overstock.
What size Blade is it (to guesstimate replacement bag size)?
Do you have pictures of the damage? My first thought would be to take it to one of the REI or EMS camping supply stores and get an estimate for a
repair. Some of the larger ones can do repairs inhouse, smaller ones ship them out.
EMS Repair Procedures
REI Repair Procedures
If you were closer to them, I would recommend Campmor, as they do a lot of repairs in-house.
Might also be worth dropping FixMyKite.com an email to see if they do repairs on kite/gear bags.
Cheapest route would be to pick up an appropriately sized string sling backpack ( http://tinyurl.com/7un4zjd ). Undoing the strings and putting two cordlocks at the closure point and then reattaching the strings to the original
attachment points at the bottom of the pack would prevent the pack from inadvertantly opening (and dumping gear) when there is no tension on the
closure strings. Prices on full-blown sling bags (the kind with webbing straps rather than cord) vary widely based on quality, size, and brands.

Second Wind....Are you going to WWBB? Finding the original bag would be cool, but not that important....It was a blade 4.0 II. Purchased my first PL
over the winter and WOW those bags are a lot nicer then flexifoils. Pockets for everything and the best one was in the center for your kite stake.
