Well I recently bought Tridude's 2.5 Bullet for my nephew but I at least wanted to see how it would fly before I decided to part with it. I put an
older set of Flexi 25M lines on it and had really gusty winds today but on average let's say 10-15 mph. HOLY COW, this thing has some serious grunt.
The Bullet really put my 2.5 Rage to shame in the raw power department. Plus the Bullet is one responsive and kind of twitchy sucker too. Bottom
line even though it's not "supposed" to be a "lifty" kite, it had me off my feet more times than I can count today. What a blast- anyone have the
same type of experience with a Bullet before? I was really surprised in a good way!tridude - 23-3-2012 at 08:10 PM
Glad you are enjoying her....................she keeps you on your toes for sure!lunchbox - 23-3-2012 at 08:17 PM
I had a Bullet 4.5 and 7m. The 4.5 was one of my favorite kites back in the day. Definitely, lots of grunt and I thought it was more powerful than the
Rage. I had the 6.0. The 6m had more power, but size for size, I would definitely give the power to the bullet.
I thought the Rage was more refined but I was kinda disappointed that I felt it had lost some of the power that the bullet had. I only flew the 7m a
few times, but I remember thinking to myself just before I flew it..."please don't kill me!".
I have the 2.5 and 7m Blurr's now and really like those kites. More power than both and pretty fast too...and like all flexi's...very well made!
Enjoy the 2.5...great kites for sure!carltb - 24-3-2012 at 04:52 AM

I love the bullets, lots of grunt, will keep up at speed and seem to be pretty predictable through the sizes. The 3.5 seems to be my go to kite
although the 7.0 is a light wind machine. Someday I hope to get a 4.5 and a 5.5 and round out the set.Bladerunner - 24-3-2012 at 09:12 AM
I got started with the 4.5 and 7m Bullets.
The 4.5 is a nice size . Early power and a bit of range. The 7 was a good low wind engine but left me on the side lines in extremely low winds.
I wintessed the 4.5 and 5.5 slam people into the ground when trying to jump with them. They produce power much different than the Blade of the same
time.
The mesh has a way of grabbing snow and making snowballs INSIDE the kite. Not my favorite snowkites but breat buggy engines.
