Cheezy your right (damn it) He had no plates on the car!!
out of all the cartoon characters...
skimtwashington - 27-3-2012 at 10:26 AM
....At least Batman can drive.
Whether he has plates or not , someone needs to take Mr Magoo off the road before he kills another cartoon character.
If this was Batgirl driving, the cops would have let her off without a ticket.

In the tradition of Paul Harvey - "the rest of the story" (He's actually a hero, in a manner of speaking)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Montgomery County Police were in for a big surprise last week when they pulled over a black Lamborghini just outside of Silver Spring, Md. The car's
license plates had been replaced with the Batman symbol and the driver was dressed in a $5,000 Batman costume.
They had inadvertently pulled over Batman. They were so excited, they even took photos and posted them on the department's Facebook page.
But not before they ordered him to affix his real license plates to the car. Officers pulled over Batman, real name Lenny B. Robinson, because of the
missing plates, explains the Baltimore Sun. Like in most states, Maryland requires motor vehicle owners to display both the front and back license
plates. Law enforcement needs to be able to identify vehicles from afar.
Though such violations often result in a "fix-it" citation, the Sun reports that Batman was given a verbal warning and sent on his way. This may or
may not have something to with where Batman was going before he was unceremoniously pulled over.
Robinson is actually a self-made businessman who visits sick children in hospitals. He owns both the costume and the car, and
purchases about $25,000 worth of Batman gear each year to hand out during his visits. He's also been known to visit schools to talk about
bullying, according to the Washington Post.
So it seems that when police pulled over Batman, they really did pull over a wealthy businessman turned charitable do-gooder.
Lenny B. Robinson is a "self-made success" in the business world who is giving back some of his good fortune by donning his disguise and then heading
to local hospitals to see sick kids and deliver presents "to up-and-coming superheros who first need to beat cancer and other wretched diseases."
The Post's Mike Rosenwald, who knows Robinson, went along on one of the hospital visits. His report is one of the feel-good stories of the day.
Robinson, Rosenwald says, has taken on some of the mythical crime fighter's attitude:
" 'Eventually, it sinks in and you become him,' Batman told me. 'It feels like I have a responsibility that's beyond a normal person. And that
responsibility is to be there for the kids, to be strong for them, and to make them smile as much as I can.' He understands that might sound corny,
but he doesn't care."
....this Batman is not bats..
