snowspider - 1-4-2012 at 02:34 PM

Bob there's days you can't hardly pry your cold live fingers from those handles , you got nothing to worry about.

Damn son, it's be a rough day dealing with stuff like land access and the like.

Then I saw the thread, I was about to go off.

Happy April fools.

Dude, Excellent.
I was thinking to my self... one more reason to move south.
I also thought of a situation I was in a few years back with a police officer. It went like this:
I was setting up to Paraglide off of a bluff which was next to a "scenic over view" by the road. I'm setting up, and I've got quite the crowd forming. everybody is excited and some are even helping me spread my wing when a CHP comes pulling in. pretty much everyone runs for cover. The cop walks up and is watching me not knowing what to make of it. then the cop walks away and gets into his car. I decided to bag up the wing, knowing he is not happy. as I walk near his car, he's reading some book (turns out a law book). I jokeing say "thanks for not writting me a ticket". He says well... "it's against the law to snowboard or hunt from a lookout". I laugh thinking he's joking and I say "glad I left my snowboard at home". He didn't laugh back.
