Without the cardio my maintenence caloric intake is roughly 3300-3500 calories... Anything under that is considered a deficit... I actually eating
about 2500 a day... 500 more than most food labels say is healthly ( ) so im
only down 800 to 1000 calories a day... Which equates to ~ 2 lbs a week.. If I can get closer to 4 lbs a week, my goal may happen... Hopefully 5 hours
of intense cardio will get me closer... But 4lbs a week on a healthy diet is tough!!
High protein, so so carbs/fat.... And a laundry list of goodies I feel im missing... Fish oil, milk thistle, a joint health sup for my knees, and my
old buddies branch chain amino acids, bananas, a multivitamin, etc... And like 2+ gallons of water a day....
By the books is the best way to get it done!! |
