SLP/Surfside

San Luis Pass and Surfide both have a ton of seaweed, along with lots and lots and lots of driftwood all over the place from the spring rains. The car paths are great for buggying, and often times you can find some long smooth runs up near the dunes as well.

Water temps are mid-upper 70's right now, so water action is great as well.

If on the surfside side... plenty of wood the be had all over the beach for a campfire. When buggying the roads, just watch out for the occasional firepit someone dug in or near the paths.

Honking good winds lately... glad I finally made it back to the beach.
