Peter Lynn XR+ Sold

Well, things they are a changin around here. We won the Flexi stainless prototype at nabx and there is some other stuff simmering right now causing other buggy changes for us.

This buggy is just like every other modern XR+ you've ever seen except it has the Bigfoot siderails and rear axle for much more comfort and stability. It also has the Bigfoot kinked downtube as well. Buggy comes with original barrow tires and wheels with 20mm bearings in the rear and a 12mm bearing wheel in front.

With the extended axle and siderails, I don't grind my elbows on the tires because they are further back and out wider than a standard buggy. I find this is also a safety benefit because you are much less likely to run over kite lines or a kite killer with your rear tires which could end badly with an injury or damaged lines.

This buggy would be fine as is for a first (or second) buggy for someone or recognize that by adding a bigfoot front fork and tires, this becomes a soft sand dominator or rough ground comfort cruiser. Tires and fork are the only things required to make this a full PL Bigfoot.

Despite all these larger size benefits, you retain the same easy assembly/transport/storage benefits of the XR+. Axle still pops off and on without tools and you can be unloaded and ready to ride in just a few minutes.

I will split shipping with you or you can make it a Vegas/Ivanpah vacation and come pick it up. I could even store it for you till nabx next year and you would already have a buggy here ready to ride.

$500 plus half shipping to lower 48. Other locations can be arranged.

A very nice buggy.....I found time to use it this past October......hmmm....wonder if that 5m Toxic will be going up soon also.....if I remember correctly that kite was used with good success in this buggy.....even in the low wind I found at El Dorado.......

I bet BB will even throw in some free Ivanpah dust on this deal....

It would be similar once you buy Beamer Bob's buggy and then add the $300 VTT upgrade to it. There is a big difference between the two buggies.

Wexler has actually mentioned an interest in learning some freestyle, so the Flexi buggy will see some regular use too. Jared still wants to go faster. He has his own gps now so we'll see how he progresses. School is always in session here! :wee:

Oh by the way next time I am out flying with you can I use your gps? Yours seems to be calibrated better than mine for top speed

You know, it has been in a picture or 2! Come on down while you're still skirtless and bump up that number.

Bigbear, no offense to anyone. I was just pointing out that what you bought was what bobby was selling plus the addition of the vtt kit. Just so other folks don't think the vtt kit was included.

Btw... To sweeten the deal, the buyer of this buggy is qualified for a future purchase of the VTT upgrade kit at a huge discount!

Thanks for that Van! You have become a force in the buggy building arena (as well as upgrades and transport racks) and you are also a class act as well. :thumbup:

Going to have a cold bowl of milk and commiserate with Duncan about the general unfairness of the world.

Then to drive the point home, I am going to visit the RMV. :sniff:
