I think he is referring to a FS Psycho4(I recall reading somewhere he was switching his quiver from PL to FS).
Some more info would help. Land/Water?

Tip tucks is the phrase you want ... you can (probably) tune it out with the mixer. And stop sheeting out so much when you jump :D
