I think **intense** about sums that up...and brown shorts with botched landings.

I've never jumped even remotely that high, what's impressive is the first person view of how fast he gets to the top.

Hooj for sure! In the second video, his kite always looks so low and in front of him when he jumps. Is it just the fish eye effect of the camera that makes it look this way? I've noticed this on other first person vids as well. Maybe I'm just missing something.....

No, you can jump with the kite starting off that low.

high speed---> to pop in 25knots+, with good ramp selection=BOOM! decent forward speed in flight gives the landing smooth control. proper kite selection makes it fun instead of frightening.

although a few rounds over powered for super boost sometimes are just necessary for perspective.

indeed yum! i love to run sessions like that all day!, typically stopped by a gear break or just a head full of water/ blown out legs.

the right spot, the right wind....it won't be long
