I am upgrading the Chicken Loop/centerline/cleat assembly to the LF CPR Chicken loop following the same method in the link below to have a one control
bar quiver (bar has 45,50,55, 60cm settings). I just need to make it super awesome in all other respects.
However, I noticed one big setback of using the Liquid Force CPR Chicken Loop. The kite attitude / eclipse chicken loop has a below the bar swivel to
untwist the front lines. The LF CPR does not. So I am thinking about using an above the bar swivel by replacing the pulley with a swivelling pulley.
Anyone used this? against using it? does it work/not work?
What you want is the Mutiny swivel ... I posted a link to a place that sells them a while back ... means you can eliminate the Mickey Mouse ear rings
up there too Kamikuza - 30-5-2012 at 09:40 PM

Thanks Kami,
I looked at the mutiny before but can't seem to find a distributor in the US. Anyone know of where to get one on this side of the pond?indigo_wolf - 31-5-2012 at 12:48 PM

However, when you go to the Coastal Urge site, they don't list any Mutiny products. The only foil/power kites liste are Prism Snapshots and Ozone
Imps. Maybe their relationship with Mutiny is no longer current. Can always call Coastal Urge to find out.
Failing that, you can always by directly from Mutiny. According to the website, delivery would be free. :o
"Standard delivery is free for the following countries
United Kingdom, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Greenland, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Republic of Ireland, S.Ireland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden, Switzerland and the USA."
Assume that applies for full kite packages, but may not for smaller items. Can always put the item in your online shopping cart and see if it tries
to apply a shipping charge.

Just ordered the mutiny. Free delivery! 35 pounds came out to $55 USD.
Now I need to figure out a way to attach Q powerline pro to it without it breaking. I broke my safety line this past weekend after very little riding,
kite flew away but somehow self landed into the wind on the beach. The stopperball/ring safety was responsible for the friction that broke it in the
first session.
Oh, and NEVER EVER EVER use q powerline figure 8 knot to larkshead TO (as a knot), it works great to form a larkshead but if you try to attach a
larkshead directly to the knot it will break. I broke my 2 centerlines upon launching the kite (aside from the stopper ball thing that happened
later).
