Quincy Kite festival made the news.

Got to love how the florescent yellow Flexboardz shirt reflected off my neck. Had a great time with great people at a sweet place to ride. Now to edit the 6 hours of video I shot.

Good one dude! Man, kite festivals here (in the town I am now in is famous for them) consist of a bunch of half-undressed drunken old men pulling a gigantic square thing into the sky, shouting a lot, pushing and shoving, and drinking more beer.

I've toyed with the idea of taking a Rev down next to them and doing little loops and things ;)

whenever i describe the sport to people i always think of the over-stoked surfer and how he described his sesh... and how that pretty much sums it all up for me... WABASH!! AW MAN! WOAAA!! but i guess that wouldnt work for a newspaper article... :lol:
