Red, gray, black, white colors. Kite, bag, navigator bar, and lines. Needs spars that can be purchases thru Angus at Coastal Wind Sports rather
inexpensively. Flown 3 times at JIBE and twice on grass. All equipment is in excellent condition, no damage at all.
Edit: flew it today with some makeshift spars (Coleman tent spars work well!) Noticed a couple of minor stains that could very well wash out. Other
than that like new.
Unexpected expenses came up so sadly this little slice of heaven must go.
$1100 or will consider reasonable offers
Bar
Top skin (inflated)
Bottom skin (deflated)

Weather permitting I'll get some pics up today or tomorrowmougl - 2-6-2012 at 08:07 AM
Had some questions about why there are no spars. Guess I should explain
While flying at JIBE, the kite took a header and a spar bent a little. Later that day while flying, the spar gave out. There was no damage to the kite
at all. Nothing poked thru, no tears, the kite came out just fine. The other spars plastic end tip cracked and retracted into the spar, so I'm selling
it without them price reflects no spars. As I stated earlier, replacements are
available thru Angus at Coastal Wind Sports who I should thank here for loaning me a pair of spars to keep the kite in the air for the remainder of
the event. Thanks Angus!!!
Please keep in mind this kite was only flown 3 days of the event and is still in extremely good condition, as are the lines and bar. Price does
include shipping to the lower 48 mougl - 4-6-2012 at 05:19 AM

almost go straight upwind! (almost )
I was technically flying it when the spar failed... But for some reason todd wants to buy em.... I could cover the spars too, or split with todd if
hes gonna be a PITA

Well if you didn't drop the kite like I did due to negligence of a down loop with a snag on the rear line then by all means Just want to make what’s right to get this great kite off to a lucky
pilot.
Tell ya what Drew, I'll cover the cost however Juice Lucy is in need of some paint thinner
:singing:mougl - 9-6-2012 at 06:41 PM
Guys, you really don't have to do that hell, for the price I have the kite at,
spars should be the no issue at all for the new pilot pbc - 9-6-2012 at 06:52 PM
Yes, it is a stunning price. It has me wondering if there's a way I could do this. It'll be quite some time before a price like this rolls around
again.
What's a little debt, right?

better.thanson2001ok - 27-6-2012 at 11:18 AM

NOOOO!!! Don't do it! Don't go to eBay! Is the pickle you're in that despearate that you NEED to unload it or can you handle waiting a bit? eBay seems
sinful with this kite at this price......mougl - 27-6-2012 at 12:51 PM
It's a bigger pickle than this kite will fix but every little bit helps. It's got to go unfortunately.erratic winds - 27-6-2012 at 12:54 PM

It's a messageboard. This is a messageboard. You can post pics there. You can post pics here. Not seeing how it's so much better there, since,
y'know, pics are possible at both.
(don't know how to post pics/links? Hit the "Reply" button instead of using the "quick reply window", you get fancy buttons to insert
links/images/youtube)
Best of luck with your sale, I really hope you get it out the door soon!

So did everyone that wanted a PII just order it right up on the front end and this crazy low price doesn't make anyone else say "Hmmmm"? Even the low
ball offer isn't but $75 away!pbc - 20-7-2012 at 11:40 AM
I was selling gear to buy it but then I got a trade offer from KSKiteAddict's Reactor II 10.8. I think I'll like the Reactor to niche for a low wind
buggy engine.
The catch is I do enjoy buggying with the big Arcs that are now leaving me. The continued presence of this kite on the market at such a low price
makes me squirm. I can't help but think it would be a boat load of fun.
Philipelnica - 20-7-2012 at 11:49 AM
Is this a land kite exclusively? I looked on the PL website and saw it everywhere except in the kiteboarding (water) section.
is it better than the charger?mougl - 20-7-2012 at 11:55 AM
It's making me squirm too! I told myself I wouldn't sell it for less than a grand. $875 is killing me to let this one go at but it needs a new home
mougl - 20-7-2012 at 12:00 PM
It can be used on water too. In fact, it was taken out for a water run at JIBE.
Better than a Charger? That's a matter of personal preference really. I can't speak for the Charger as I don't have experience on one but the PII is
sweet. It's laid back but when you want to go fast, or go up, the PII is ready to rock. Has nice lift and nice float. Goes upwind like mad! People who
flew it were amazed at the angle they could go upwind (myself included). Great depower as all arcs have, good auto zenith. All around great kite.ikemiester - 20-7-2012 at 03:03 PM

who's the lucky owner?pbc - 27-7-2012 at 11:10 AM
That would be me. It's not my first choice in Phantom II size, but at this price I just had to bite.
I had hoped a 12m would be my first P2, but I used my 16m Scorpion a lot. Whether with inland, upwind in light wind or tandem the 16m was a workhorse
for me. I think the 15m P2 will be a more refined design filing the same niche.
And thanks for the reminder to pay Scotty. I had to wait 'til today for the cash.
