Kober thats a fully sick ride mate but wish to see a pic with it loaded up with all your toys

abkayak - 2-7-2012 at 05:32 AM

my idea of a sweet ride.... 2x10's or kayaks on the top and lockable kite storage. Very nice, good luck.

Nice Kober, I had a buddy with one of those HHR's and they really are a sweet ride, congratulations,... can't wait to see it all suped up with a bug on top and all your gear in place.

Great price and great fuel economy

You need to contact Ron Kitt and get a Sponsor Wrap going on that bad ride!! If you come to Newport I'll introduce you to him.

Kober: Should I have name for my car????

You could call it the "Gin" wagon, but I wouldn't put that on a sticker, It might draw too much attention from the cops!

Nice ride!

PHREERIDER - 2-7-2012 at 10:54 AM

Agincourt -Because of her luxurious fittings and a corruption of her name ("A Gin Court"), the 1913 battleship HMS Agincourt was referred to as the "Gin Palace" in the Royal Navy.

Should not raise any LEO eyebrows unless they are military history buffs.

Feel free to add a sapphire pinstripe:

Konrad I know a guy that can do this for you!! That would be wicked slick my friend.

soliver - 3-7-2012 at 05:02 AM

Hey Conrad, let us know you're overall impression of the car.

I will eventually need to replace my beater (1994 chevy s10,... you know,... when the wheels fall off,... or it explodes or something). And the HHR has a;ways been on my short list of something to check out,... when somebody dies and leaves me some money or something HAHA.

My trucS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s blue book value last I checked was around $250 (not a typo)

rocfighter - 3-7-2012 at 05:31 AM

Soliver I just got the tax bill for my 1976 24ft. Motorshed and they owe me money!! Not really but $375.00 is what the taxed it at!!

Why not take the new ride

skimtwashington - 3-7-2012 at 06:17 AM

...and drive up to MA to join the 'Nahant Crew' for some fun kiting!

After few rides to kiting spot 1.5h away I am very happy with my new car .....
.... cargo space could be a bit bigger ... but I think after getting few mounts will be organized well and space will be used more efficient
my todays trip .... 228 miles ..... average 33mpg ..... WOW .....
In cargo area I use half hight of space and fit : 4 LEI kites with pumps and bugs ,X19 , 3 kiteboards, 1 kneeboard, cooler full of bear, 4 harnesses, 3 gear bags and some more items .....
seat are comfy and interior quiet ... windows a bit small .... 2.2 engine enough for everyday driving ...
.

I am sure I will make that trip to ride with Nahant Crew soon .... lol
