I wouldn't necessarily say anything that needs parts replaced is in "really good condition", but that's a very simple and very cheap replacement.

the board itself and the trucks footsraps springs ect, are all in excellent condition, i have honestly only used it a few times in a grass field..
bearings are a consumable that go bad and need to be replaced often anyways... should have been more clear
