Absolutely tragic...... goof, I hope your son handles it well. Death is one of the hardest parts of life, and we ALL have to go through it at some point... my prayers go out to the loved ones, and your son as well.

This is a tragic story that happens far to often. Peace for all involved.

Sorry to hear the bad news, g00f. Very sad.

Lot's of opportunity here for reflection and personal growth. I pray that all this tragedy will result in many good things. This is maybe the best way to honor those that have passed.

Tell Eric to hang tough!

Makes those morning hugs with my boys oh so much more important.......

the little things we take for granted.......

Goof no matter how big they get keep hugging them. I still get hugs from all 6 when I see them. And there all grown up. 32 down to 16. I get big hugs:bouncing:

yes tell your son to hang in there. Horrible thing to go through. There has been a few in my grad class who didn't make it to our 10year reunion. A couple in the first 5 years. Even though I wasn't friends with them it still had an impact. Just can't imagine when it happens that much earlier in life. my condolences.

My prayers go out to you, your son and the other families. It is never easy to deal with such pain. May you have the wisdom to say things when needed and to just be there when needed. I also pray for the first responders because dealing with situations like this involving young people takes its toll on them as well.
