The Peter Lynn Escape is an excellent beginner kite that you will not outgrow. Check it out!

You don't mention size , year ? Yarga is a C kite and they aren't considered a " good kite for beginer " They can be old 4 line kites?
Impulse sounds more friendly but Latidude isn't exactly a popular kite maker?

Yarga is a 13.5,waiting in year!!
Latitud is 2010 and 14m...He has a board 132cm but i dont think its helps me(Im 240 pounds 6feet tall :no.

13.5 and 14m are huge kites. Not what I call beginer kites ?
Take lessons !!!!!

Dont buy kites before lessons as your need will definitely change as you figure things out, one strategy is to buy the same kites that your instructor
teaches on that way your use to them.

I agree, those kites are sure to hurt you. Start smaller and wait to buy till after you have had lessons. You will regret it later if you don't.

Look for a bow kite since that will let you progress quicker ....
You will need to re launch often when learning and C kite will make you go crazy .... Hybrid kites are better .... but Bow kites are the easiest
...... I am sure you can find one for a good price ....
.... and taking lessons before buying is strongly suggested ......

Both of those kites are too big to start out on and require assistance when launching and landing so they aren't overly condusive to taking out and
learning on them in a field or beach or whatever unless you've got a friend to constantly help you as you crash it, land it or relaunch it.
They are also too close in size. No one needs a 13.5 and 14m. Get lessons and then get a recommendation for what size is best for you given your
weight and average winds. There will always be kites on sale and deals to be had. Sometimes its better to wait for the right one then scoop up any
deal in front of you.

Like the others are saying AVOID IMPULSE BUYING ! You can waste a lot of money.
If you are getting set for lessons buy a 3m trainer foil and fly it as much as possible . Learn to fly it without looking at it ,sitting down and one
handed! It will get you ahead much faster in lessons. If you buy used you can sell at almost no loss accept shipping.
Checking out peoples opinions on reputable forums like this one is a very good move!
