See wind in a lot of places, but is there any buggying or kiting in Texas? Between Dallas and Austin?

I live in Austin and here are the nearby locations for kiting:
Kitebuggying:
Old Settler's Park in Round Rock, TX
Northeast Metro Park in Pflugeville, TX
Kite Landboarding:
I like Zilker Park in Austin, TX (best turf ever! winds are shifty/gusty, watch out for peeps/dogs)
Kiteboarding on water:
Belton Lake in Belton, TX
Lake Pflugerville in Pflugerville, TX
Lake Travis in Austin, TX
Canyon Lake in Canyon Lake, TX
Lake Buchanon West of Burnet,TX
You might find other spots, but these are the main ones.

Just skip central Texas and come down to the Texas coast and enjoy the hard pack sand and onshore winds!! :wee:
I was down at Surfside beach this weekend and we have about 50 feet of hard packs from the water to the softsand extending the entire 20 miles of
beach.

What Van said... Lots of the centex crew has been hitting Corpus Christi pretty much every weekend since the start of the summer. You can't beat those
coastal winds
