The buggy is an XR not the cheaper ST. There is a $200 difference.

Kite and buggy still for sale.

Quite surprised the buggy never sold over all this time. What size bolts secure the rear wheels to the axle? Are they 15 or 20 mm? Has the buggy seen a lot of wet and/or salty conditions with resulting curosive damage? What condition are the bearing in? From the picture it looks fine, and it's nice that you have an extra set of tires.

At various times over this past year folks have been begging to buy buggies. Where are you guys now?

Maybe it would help if you listed a price you would accept. Also, I know one issue is the shipping cost. I just bought a second buggy from somebody on the other side of the country to use as a tandem to tow behind my primary buggy and it cost nearly $100 to ship. Not complaining; rather, it is just the cost of doing business for these large and somewhat heavy toys of ours.

Good luck!

Also original post was 3 years ago. Wondering what condition it's in now...

I'm interested in the kite and buggy. U2U sent.

Just to let everyone know, the kite and buggy have been stored in my garage, not used since I first posted. No corrosion. Most buggy use was with another kite I had to learn with, so this kite is in good shape. The buggy is disassembled already but bulky and needs a big box to ship. The extra 'borrow' tires add to the weight. I would prefer if someone could pickup. Come visit California, just north of San Francisco in the Wine Country.

Shoot me a price on the bullet!

Norsegod - 10-12-2015 at 10:52 AM

I might be interested in the buggy. I'm in Arizona so for the right price I might be up for a road trip. What price did you have in mind?

volock - 10-12-2015 at 02:40 PM

I might know someone who's interested, what are you thinking price wise on the buggy? Obviously NorseGod has dibs before me.

bigkid - 10-12-2015 at 03:23 PM

Wish I would have seen this during thanksgiving, I was in Windsor for a week. Could have picked it up for a local guy here. Guess I need to pay more attention.

Where do you fly in Windsor, or do you head west?

Norsegod - 11-12-2015 at 10:12 AM

Looks like I'll be making a roadtrip soon.
