I just bought a Eolo Radsail 1.45m. I wondered if someone could give me a few ideas on how I can start this kite without help as most of the time I'm
out by my self.
Help would be greatly appreciated

Start the kite? What exactly are you having problems with?

sorry for lack of details, was a bit tired when i made the post. My kite has handles and I'll be flying mostly on grass and yes kyte I meant laying
out the wing w/o it flopping around. But also how I then can launch it on my own w/o a helper

The usual method of launching is to have the kite held in place trailing edge down by the brake lines, I'm pretty sure the 1.45 rad is a 2 line,
should be able to put a couple bags of sand on the trailing edge with the kite on it's back with the trailing edge towards you(upwind), lay out the
lines, and such, then you can pull on the power lines and the kite will usually lift the nose up, start filling with wind, then it'll flip the weights
off the trailing edge and launch.
You could easily replace bags of sand with a couple 2L bottles of water or something.

Here's a neat trick for launching 2-line foils from grass:
Get two half-gallon plastic milk jugs.
Not the big fat ones but the tall, slim, rounded corners 1/2 gallon.
Drink the milk.
Rinse the jug.
(Seems guys must be told this)
Fill them about half way with sand (or similar)
Tape or glue the cap on to prevent spillage.
With the wind at your back, lay the kite on its back in front of you (trailing edge towards you) and place the two milk jugs along the training edge.
Lay out your lines.
When you pull a bit, the kite will stand up and the cells will fill.
Now a tug will cause the jugs to roll off (but not roll away) and the kite to launch.
Because the jugs look like garbage, no one will take them.
I love the cynicism there.

Corey I like your idea better than the one I was going to come up with and that be tennis balls.....cut sm.slits in then fill with fishing weights{
not all the way full }balls roll off slow ........Then I thought about dogs or children might come up and run off w/them
I like the trash idea
