What if we called the buggy a "kite cart" or something more flattering than buggy. I know it's what we've always called it but I don't think it

If you're going fast enough, I guess you could call it a hovercat...
Err umm.... make that hovercraft.
If you were willing to pay the licensing fees, I expect you could call it a Landspeeder
And if you get caught doing something you shouldn't be doing....
