Nice video!! Are you working on their website as well?? Great to see another company up here.

These guys worked really hard to get approval to do snowkite lessons up there at spray. There is not another company up here, same people with permission. Glad that macboy gets to do some "work for play"!

on another bow valley note,

here is a photo from yesterday of his ice session at Lac des Arcs, between canmore and banff.

It is supposed to be +15 on the weekend, so it won't last.

Thanks PW....I'd been avoiding this thread while they got their ducks in a row online - didn't want to spill the beans more than I already had.

I ran into Tom this past spring and we had a good chat. He got everything sorted and put me to task. I can't wait tto see the site go live - it's some of my better work to date. Go figure huh? hehehe

So yes, new kite school OS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-d for operations on Spray Lakes. Beyond the school stuff they have FSer and Ozone demo stock and a location that's near 90% for wind according to them. I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of time in Canmore this winter.....

When I was there in February last year I was there for the 10%. Did have a great dog sled tour of the spray area while there. Beautiful spot for sure.

When Canuck took me there last Christmas the had 360' winds ! Was funny watching my arc open up and spin like a helicopter blade at one point ! :o
Frustrating day but an awsome location!

I'm very happy to see the snowkite thing getting more and more legit in Alberta . It's one awsome province for the sport.
