Looks like we are gonna get some direct onshore winds in the 20s this weekend. I'm thinking galveston near the state park. Bring your kiteboard,
landboard and buggy.

Damn I wish I could make it....but my schedule this weekend is full. I drove the 5 hours 3 weeks ago only to get crappy 7mph wind. I had to pull out
the Flysurfer to save the day and even at that it wasn't great.....to shifty.

Hopefully this is the first of many windy days for this month. Would be great for the DBBB event this year if this keeps up. I've been itching all

i might camp out overnight thurs and catch a session friday morning early.... emphasis on might... winds do look great, though...
also, if winds hol;d through sunday, i will almost def. be there

I believe van said up around the state park is where we will go not sure have to check with him but yes Saturday seems to be the best day for sure

First entrance for Jamaica Beach ( turn left right after the state park). If you go to the first light at Jamaica Beach, then you just past the
entrance by 100 ft or so.
So far, it looks like I should be able to be there by 10am. Only thing that might get in my way is that the plant turnaround work is a few days
behind so they are trying to make us work this weekend.
