Peter Lynn xr+ seat, side rails, side rail pads and covers $120

DAKITEZ - 15-11-2012 at 01:55 PM

Used but not worn or damaged. Just a little dusty from sitting around. I put Vans kit on this buggy as my tandem set up and I do not ever see it going back to stock. This might be a good start to someone building a tandem rig or just someone who wants extra parts.

$120 buyer pays shipping

Can I buy just the pads? :moon:

shehatesmyhobbies - 15-11-2012 at 02:37 PM

Dino, hit up BEC I know he wants a seat.

Maybe Bob and Bruce and make a deal and get the lot.

Need some opinions....I'm really starting to like my flexifoil more and more... especially after trying a couple different models in Wildwood...It's very easy for me to throw it around, as I only weigh a buck fifty...( I know I look much bigger in person) haha
I am going to get a dakine divine harness soon, so I can sit a little lower in my seat and was considering the PL seat (Beamer Bob's suggestion). I think between the combo of new harness and seat this will be a more comfortable ride.

Side rails are of no use and would not fit my flexifoil anyway... I would of loved the pads and seat combo but oh well, so I guess how much for just the seat if you want to divide and sell.

Thanks for message I just got about this deal and others looking out for me.

I think I'll pass on the pads on second thought. BEC you won't regret the seat, and you ought to get the pads and covers as well. Dino's deal might be cheaper than ordering just what you want new.

Thanks...sent him a u2u to see if a deal can be worked out...I have a bit of paypal $ and a credit with a kite company that carries all the same equipment so....

Bob....Have you run a PL seat in the flexifoil??...or should I wait for the new flexifoil to come out? What do you think would be a better option? I like the fact (correct me if wrong) that seat straps will run over the pads....unlike the flexifoil seat.
I don't know why they designed their seat that way, but what a pain in the ass.....with the pads not being able to just slide over the side rail tubes, and a seat to fit over them.

Thanks Flyguy0101 and Rich @ shehatesmyhobbies for all your kiting needs...

Yep, the XR seat fits right on there and has enough strap to go over the pads. It offers a deeper seating position than the flexi seat, old or new. I'll look for a pic of it.

Here is the infamous phreerider sitting in my XR seated Flexi with the maybe even more infamous Bladerunner holding the tire down. Don't be confused by the PL front fork. I had sold it not realizing I might move out west and needing a barrow fork instead of the bigfoot PL Fork.

BEC wants everything but the rails. Does anyone want just the rails? If so I will split this up. If I can not get a buyer for just the rails then I will wait for a buyer for the whole package.

Also as far as I understand the new flexi buggy is available, but since flexi has no distribution in the USA the shipping is about half the cost of the buggy. I checked into bringing some in but the shipping just priced the buggy out of the market.

Other then building a tandem ride or replacement Can these be used on any other buggies? Stinks about all the flexifoil products and shipping...They make great kites and equipment but the shipping is a deal breaker.
