Anyone on here live near/ ride Tug Hill? Got a serious jonesin for some snowkite action!
the Tug Hill webcam site shows white ground on all the cams but I'm not sure how that parlays into being kite-able.

That seems so wrong that New Jersey has snow and Vermont doesn't. Don't even tell me you have clean 15+ knot winds as well...
