1.Kite more! I havent put in near enough time on the lines this past year, and its driving me nuts!
2. 12% bodyfat! Im right around 20% (tho my scale numbers suck). Ive decided I dont really care what I weigh, I just want to lean up a bit.... Would
love to be 250lbs with a six pack!

inches off my waste in 12 weeks with those programs (and eliminating bread and snacks). I then put 10#s of lean muscle back on with Whey and

I'm personally not a fan of resolutions myself,... But I have decided to try and loose some weight,... It's getting hard to see things down south of

Broc, I have insanity and I love it! Ran it 1 1/2 times last year (kiting injury cut second run short) and had good results! I dropped 60lbs at my
lowest last year, but ive since put on a lot of mass (lots of muscle, some fat)..... Its just time to shave the fat that comes with a bulk... I was
265 last jan 1, & prolly 35% bf.... Dropped down to about 210 and looked like I was dying lol! So heavy iron I pressed, and food I ate! Im 250
now, but you can count my abs (just not easily from a distance ) I just need
to lose about 20lbs to be a cut m.f. !!
I dont like resolutions either.... Life goals is a better fit!

I want to break 100 sessions this year. Heli-loops, back-loops, and dark slides are my goals this year. After I nail front rolls :-/

Like loose weight, get healthy, cut down on me time and increase OUR time, stop being a pain..... and quit hiding candy in my office for the

Try to find a little Zen in my life, so I can be a little more relaxed than last year. Work to be the best father and husband my wife and kids could
ever have. This past year seemed to be a bit of burden on our family, so we are gonna focus a lot on us and the kids to get back on track. Also I'm
turning 30 end of May, and promised myself that I would celebrate it by losing 30lbs. Just gotta get my TRX mount hung in the basement without
accidentally drilling a waterline hidden in the ceiling. More of a life strategy
