Here is my new belly pan. This was the reason for post "2 quick dumb ?". The washers that need to go on the back to hold it down without cracking the
plastic wont let me thread the nut. I need another 1/2 inch in length...story of my life...man I crack myself up sometimes..
Fun little project, should keep my butt dry and the unexpected rock in the fields that are a bit higher then the seat. Really wanted it black, tried
to paint extra piece with Krylon paint for plastic and it just scraped off with my finger nail so...keeping it white.BEC - 9-1-2013 at 09:08 PM

They can't and won't....Good Food, many laughs and fun times are going to happen!!...There is always wind somewhere, even if we have to drive to VA.
haha
I don't care about the snow/ground situation even though snow would of been ideal. Just bring some serious mud gear and we'll be fine. If two things
go together its......MUD & SMILES WIND & KITES
Thanks Sam..for posting...BEC - 10-1-2013 at 07:01 AM

Looks good Brucebigkid - 11-1-2013 at 12:21 AM
so where are the bolts and washers?BEC - 11-1-2013 at 04:56 AM
Well I went to many stores yesterday and it seems that all bolts that were in stock (metric) were not long enough so...I am going to go with a
slightly smaller SAE bolt. If you look at the picture you can see the two holes in the back of the belly pan and the original nut (holding rear axle
to siderails) is right under that hole.skimtwashington - 11-1-2013 at 07:42 AM
front looks tied on. Would you even need to bolt this set up? A good tie on might last.
Where did you find plastic sheet to cut form?
looks good.
Now cut some more for fenders and splash guards!BEC - 11-1-2013 at 09:21 AM
front is tied on (temp) so I could take it on and off while custom fitting to follow lines of siderails...Hard to see white belly bending in pic but
this is completely contoured to bottom of the buggy.
I have ss washers that I will use for the back and Zip tie the rest on...Material is 1/8 thick so ties will not pull through like the last one I had.
Material was given to me (actually Scott flyguy0101) at WBB by (bigben ?) and I guilted him into giving it to me. I had to completely re-fabricate due
to my downtube being on the shortest setting...nothing lined up with the original.
Wish I knew what kind of material it was, as it was perfect to work with (cut in with dremmell tool)..bent easily and is super strong...I really
wanted it in black but....doublespeed360 - 12-1-2013 at 04:33 PM
