Kites are as is the North Rebel has seen better days but last owner (NOT ME) Said that it works and that it was the most recent kite he used until he
replaced it with a new Rebel.
The 2003 Kites were given to me. I can provide some pics if you like.
I was thinking ballpark $225 per kite and that will come with shipping US only.
