This is one of those low wind kites that will be your go to kites when the wind is 2 to 4mph. Once you get it in your blood this will be a great kite
up to about 16mph +.HaHaHa, not really that high of wind, but you may have the stuff to do it.

somebody buy this kite. It is one of the last ones in this good of shape, I don't know of any others that have been this well taken care of.
