Our annual pilgrimage to the beach at Kingston SE, South Australia. The beach runs over 100km from Kingston SE to the mouth of the Murray River. One
of our crew got most of the way to the Murray River until he was stopped by a combination of soft sand and too much gear - lots of broken lines and
slow progress. We tend to use about a 13km stretch between our beach camp and a bunch of boulders known as 'the Granites' Also nearby there's a dry
lake with a clay base which is a great spot at the end of the day when the wind is too cross-onshore. A great turn out this year for a great event.
PS: 'cos of the soundtrack that I've used, I'm afraid youtube has blocked it in Germany. I'll try and upload to vimeo...

Always enjoy your videos John. I have one of the camera poles and I'll use it next time out conditions permitting. I like the viewpoint since its a
bit more interesting than on top of my head.MDK - 31-1-2013 at 03:27 PM
