Just wondering if there are any mutters on a snowkite festival at cooking lake in the coming weeks???? Had fun last time so want to try to make it
again.

I am ready for a trip north to meet up with all of you again. 
Posts on the Edmonton forum say conditions at Cooking are not the best this year so maybe we can come up with an alternate that still sort of splits
the distance between Calgary & Lloydminster

Triangulate Edmonton and Drayton in that and I bet we can have our own respectable festival!
I haven't heard any rumblings at all. Not that I've been out and about but if it's not creeping into the local forum it's just not coming together
yet. Shaggs, do you recall when last years' was? Was it the family day weekend?

It was March 10-11. So I guess there is still time for one to go on. Warm weather in the mix has killed all the good snow in a lot of areas. Lots of
icy crust.
