New Seat from VTT

BEC - 16-2-2013 at 12:06 PM

I just wanted to post this picture of my new seat. For years I wanted a seat that the straps would go around the side rail pads well...Here it is. No more pool noodles, duct-tape and zip ties..
Van (VTT) had it all done up for me. He custom fabricated the seat for my wide axle flexifoil buggy and boy is it a huge improvement. Back support is 100x better and I'm actually sitting in the thing quite low now. This combo along with my new Dakine Divine harness should make for a sweet ride this year at Wild Wood. Bring on the sideways pulling.
I can't wait to see everyone and be cruising on that beach again.
The quality and craftsmanship is extremely nice and as usual talking to and dealing with Van is great. He takes a lot of pride in his work and follows up with texts and phone calls to make sure you are happy....Well I am..Thanks Van!

*another thanks to a special buddy for the etrex..check out the neoprene cover. NICE

Why doesn't it ever work...I made sure the picture was small enough...I know I joke about being computer illiterate, but I'm really not that bad. This is always so frustrating. Post should just not go through if the pic wont make it....default back to a page that says...Hey Jackass your picture didn't make it...this way you can a least try again.

Not picking on you.... I have had 4 eyes for most of my life.

Here are your pics... definitely look like they are small enough.

Bruce, wrap those straps a few more times on the back. On the front, if you are happy with the adjustments, you can cut some off and then make sure to burn the ends with a lighter. I usually make them longer than needed incase you you want a little extra adjustment. Glad you like the new flexi seat.

I will adjust all the straps soon (cut & burn). I haven't had the opportunity to go out and try it yet but...just sitting in it I can tell I'm going to really enjoy it.
Van you have a new fan too.....NO not my wife who keeps asking me when the buggy is going to be moved out of the living room. It's my little girl who wants to learn to kite/buggy and go with me to WBB.
Isn't that what a buggy is for when not on a field or beach...watching TV?
