Why is it that I can never upload a photo. I take the photo and adjust size so that it is the required 1mb or less but...When on a new topic and go to
the bottom and hit choose file it always clears out when I go to preview. Or it never makes it to the page at all and you only see is what I
wrote/typed.
Is there some secret setting that it's just not letting me post to forum?markite - 17-2-2013 at 08:01 AM
don't hit preview see if that helps. i think when i did a preview it cleared that field and I needed to re-attach before doing the reply.cheezycheese - 17-2-2013 at 08:03 AM

Put em on a host site like Flickr or photobucket and post the photos URL
Between these brackets

See how that works...
Next time don't give me such a loaded question !! BEC - 17-2-2013 at 08:27 AM

Well I just tried this and it worked on my VTT seat post....Thanks...
Cheezy...I also opened up a flickr account...I'll see how that works soon. I guess my only ? about this is how to link the flickr account with the
upload photo on PKF.
Loaded question? That's what she said...sorry had to do it!cheezycheese - 17-2-2013 at 09:07 AM

Imageshack is a good place for hosting pictures. I'ved use it over 5 years without any problem.
It's a very easy use & resize pictures.soliver - 17-2-2013 at 12:47 PM
+1 on an image host like flickr,... i use photobucket just cuz my wife already had an account there for one of her blogs.
when you use a host you don"t have to be concerned with the size of the photo and it allows you a little more freedom within your post,... like you
can post more than one pic and you can have text surrounding your pics too.
Like cheezy said just use the link with whatever host that has the brackets on it that look like this: [img]misc.linky.information.goes.here[img]
... that way PKF isn't holding your images on their site (or server or whatever), whatever your image host is (flickr, photobucket, etc, etc, etc)
will hold them and you are sharing them via link.
I am pretty bad with computers myself (wifey can attest to that), but I can say that using an image host makes posting pics here pretty easy.
