Scoop I have a question. I have just purchased my 1st. beginner power kite ( Ballistics Phoenix 2.2 quad line with handles from New Tech Kites) still
waiting for shipment. I just read your beginner guide and read about 2 line and 4 line bias for the 1st, time. I'm not sure what bias the Ballists is,
would you know?
