This is NOT a depower bar but a control bar with a safety system (wrist leash) for a 4 line kite.
I made this from what I have - Air Rush bar, Ozone kite killer and etc.... Bar length is 50cm
There are two plastic balls in the center line so you can move them for your preference.
Everything looks like new. Tested and works just fine.
$40 + shipping.
