I'm going through some footage. Wondering if there is any interest at all in viewing things such as:
Light wind 5m Flow doing figure 8's(briefly).
Scenes of multiple different kites in the air at the same time.
6.9m ReactorII in flight.
Random buggy riding.
Kite launches, crashes, relaunches.
Folding of kites.
What about total video time in a video like this?
Wind noise reduction options?
Also Youtube has an option now that can "enhance" the video color. On one hand; it's as it really was; with the "enhanced" option; maybe it looks
better; but it's just not true to how it originally was.
I know I like to see new buggy footage when I'm not kiting.Windy Heap - 13-4-2013 at 03:00 PM
My MOST AWESOME contribution to the kiting world of GoPro Video, a Hero2, at 60 fps in 720P wide mode................sorry not a power foil, but yes,
I simply electrical taped my GoPro to a spar on a 8 foot wide stunt kite, then carved up the sky...for a first first time GoPro on-board Kite Video, I
think it turned most most excellent.........
WARNING THIS VIDEO MAY MAKE YOU VOMIT AND SCREAM LIKE A LITTLE SCHOOL GIRL.....
Ok; I got it uploaded. Details are in the video description:
If anyone watches it; would I have been able to get around better with the 8.6 or 10.8 sizes; or would I have just been over powered?BeamerBob - 13-4-2013 at 07:19 PM
You might've gotten along better with the 8.6 at the risk of being overpowered with wind increases. If you can do a downloop though the powerzone you
can buggy with at least one size larger kite is my rule of thumb. On the other hand, you were rolling and having a good time so ultimately you will
have to decide about the larger kite question.
