:smug: OK, so I'm feeling good about myself. I have a little 1mtr 2 line kite for a month or so. Got it down on Fistral beach in a good wind and
couldn't put it down.
So I just bought a 1 year old Bullet 3.5 from ebay and picked it up yesterday.(:sniff: No wind what so ever all weekend).
The guy who owned it has fitted a flexifoil control bar which has the power lines attached to either end and the brake lines threaded through the
centre of the bar to a kite killer wrist strap. The handles were also in the pack.
As I'm sat here waiting for any sign of a breeze can anyone suggest the control method I should choose for my first few trips out with the kite.:?:
Should I leave the bar in place or will I get a better feel for thelite by re-attaching the handles?
Please let me have your thoughts.
Cheers

I tend to use my handles on all my new kites. Once I feel comfortable and know how they react to different conditions I tend to toss the bar on them.
You'll have more control over the kite with handles which is why I do this. Kite killers are nice too if you have those attached to handles. Having
kite killers on a bar is good as well.
IMO, The bar is nice to use depending on what type of sports you're considering using the kite for. I've been landboarding lately, so I prefer the bar
over handles, but still go back to the handles on occassion.
Hope this helps,
Joe
