First NAPKA sanctioned WBB in the books

shehatesmyhobbies - 9-5-2013 at 05:16 AM

Well it's been a couple of weeks and I have had time to wind down the brain so I figured I would write a little something about the WBB and its success with NAPKA.

It was just that, a success! I only had to do 5 or 6 on site signups, and had it all set up so it would only take a out 5 minutes. Everyone seemed to be very cooperative getting number plates and wearing helmets. The attendance was great with around 60+ buggies there, maybe a few more. I tried to get an accurate count but they were everywhere.

I think the fall bash will see even more folks there as many of the Canadians did not come down due to their snow kiting season still going on.

I was very pleased with everything as usual and the event did not change one bit other than seeing all the number plates and armbands. Thanks goes out to everyone for helping make this a smooth transition. I think that NAPKA now has one heck of a great representation on the East Coast and will have for a long time.

NY's state motto.....meaning ever upward....and that's just where WildWood Buggy Bash is moving....

Thanks to all involved in your hard work to make our event happen and secure our fun loving beach so we can all enjoy it in the future.:thumbup::thumbup:

Thanks Rich for proving to us all that NAPKA can be used for larger events out East and with very little disruption .

I think that NAPKA has just grown up ! The real potential for this club is out East. Quebec included.

I believe that it is you folks who will take this opportunity and turn NAPKA into the club / service we all need it to become.

More NAPKA events are already on the books for Eastern U.S.A. !
