I wonder how fast the wind was blowing there. Looks like a good 45-55!

Although I can think of one thing that might drag me onto the sand bars. I might be dragged by the kite unwillingly . . hopefully I think to let go before I tear the dunes up .. or my limbs off.

Personal Opinion? Those fellas are idiots for going out in those conditions without helmets. But hell, the guy rides to the camera to show off his bloody face, guess they are not interested in self-preservation.
