Susan or any other recognized kite maker for a Kitesurfing NPW

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for someone to make an NPW for kitesurfing.
From what I've read I think NPW9b is what I'd like, but I would like the makers insight about which is best.

I'm about 70 Kg/155 pounds.

Ideally I'd like to add water relaunch ability, depower and probably any other feature generally considered desirable.

Finally, I live in Japan, so I would need it shipped here.
