Anything that's obviously not too windy. inbetween 5 and 10 mph, but 5 would make it harder getting the kite up.

I found it's ok if the wind is really light to launch in the power zone. If it's fast wind, just be prepared and lean backraycapp1 - 1-10-2006 at 11:31 PM
