Depends what you want out of a kite, they all have their strong points, Flexi is one of the best out there for going huge doing freestyle, not much to offer for speed freaks though. Ozone has a fairly well rounded range of kites, Everything from full race to freestyle, both fixed and depower.

Peter Lynn makes some awesome crossover depowerable kites, they also offer a nice range of affordable entry level kites. Their arcs are awesome all around, but pay the price by losing low wind ability. HQ, not so sure about them, I've just never seen one in the air so I won't comment. You've also missed a couple other players in the game, JoJo makes top knotch race kites, Very fast and effective, but they don't offer much for entry level stuff. Last but not least is PKD, they've got close to everything you need in a fixed power, emphasis on going fast, but the Brooza will meet most peoples freestyle needs. The buster II's a very affordable kite for getting started as well.

So it really depends on what you want, I personally like PKD because of the control you get, very refined. Some like the Flexi Blades because they simply out lift anything else in the air. Some will swear by PL because they love using the same kite to surf and buggy/atb. You really have to adress what you want to do before you can decide which is best for you.
